Cell Dreamer is an 8-week program empowering youth to overcome mistakes and build a better future in society after incarceration. By reflecting and learning new coping skills, they can break destructive patterns and make conscious choices.
Through self-reflection and awareness, they learn what led them to a detention center and how they can create the life they want when they are released. Everyone has a dream. Making a mistake and being in a cell doesn’t exclude those dreams from becoming a reality.
CELL DREAMER STUDENT MODULES
Bring Coach Michy inside your facility virtually, through pre-recorded videos. Our youth modules serve as a resource to facilitators and support youth to understand and utilize the tools of transformation experienced through engagement with Cell Dreamer.
Each of these modules directly corresponds to Cell Dreamer guidebook chapters and provide youth with a virtual, yet in-person felt experience, culminating in the creation of their very own Release Action Plan (RAP)..
IN-PERSON SESSIONS WITH COACH MICHY
Bringing Coach Michy to your facility for an in-person session is a game changer for youth! One-on-one interaction and support provides a safe environment for youth to explore their thoughts and feelings. She can incorporate fun activities, goal-setting, and open discussion to help the youth understand themselves and their potential.
This empowering experience will give the youth confidence to reach their dreams!
